I just checked "Snowtel" and it showed the basin average above Pali
es as 159% of normal in terms of water equivalent. They are doing the right thing from a flood control viewpoint but I wonder how low they will take Pali
es and what effect it might have on the fishing. I also noticed about 180 percent of normal above Bear Lake. It looks like a "perfect storm" for flooding setting up -- especially in the areas that lack reservoirs or other flood control mechanisms. Watch out if we get a hot spell with wind.....
