Lots of ways to build a tray or as TD puts it a sushi board. I used the lid from a sterilite tub for mine and added straps using a snap and rivet setter from my leather work tools. After my first use (hopefully tomorrow) I will see if I need to adjust or add to it. I also picked up from cabelas for about $3 a ruler that sticks on. It comes 36" and I had to cut it down to fit. But it looks like it will work great.
