I also think your a little deep with the motor but you can easily play with the depth that works best for you. Another thing is you will probably need to move the seat forward to get the balance right.
One thing I don't understand is why Outcast is putting a net for a back rack? If that were my boat I would go get some diamond plate and make a good back rack for it. Ron
