The connector on the side for the motor is an Anderson Connector sold at Granger
The wire running across the top is for my sonar and has a Deutsch connector

Plus an inline fuse.
You could use any kind of connectors, even wall plug ins.
And your motor is fine, except, turn the head so the Prop is facing the same way as the handle. Seriously, it works much better and draws less power pulling than pushing.
