A few years ago when Echo was really shallow.... like almost empty there was a whole buncha xmas trees sunk by the dam. As you face the dam on the water bear a little to the right of the dam's center and you will run into them... besides that spot the damn is spotted w/ sunk xmas trees. I took some photos but gonna have to find those. Hope that helps...
