I know especially during the spawn [cool] thats why they need to open the tourney to all methods. The whole reason for the tourney is to raise funds and catch some pretty mirror carp. Looks like blackfoot river & reservoir is a fly fishermans paradise they probaly want to keep it that way.
When they open up the tourney to allow snaggers i'll consider making the 1,270 mile round trip.[
