If anyone wants to have a try at them, feel free. I'd be willing to bet they are still there.
I was at the scenic overlook at hole 33, the one that is farthest south (closest to boulder city). Take a 5 minute hike toward the lake and hit the cove that is just south of the trail. Scale the southside of the cliff along the water and I bet they are still there.
I kid you not, 20-24" rainbows. Would love to see some big rainbows come out of Mead. They weren't interested in my lures, live bait may have better affect.
