I did find what you are referring to, but I think going up Anderson canal would be more likely than going downstream all the way to I.F., through the canals north of town, then into the river, upstream, getting over at least one major diversion and then still getting upstream to the S. Fork. In the end I think the walleye would really have to take off like crazy in order to get enough into the river system to have any real affect.
