Kieth Miller catching a fish a day for the next year?

Has anyone heard about the guy Kieth Miller in Texas who is working with his Texas Park and Wildlife to promote youth fishing by catching a fish a day for the next 12 months, he started April 1st and is 8 for 8, do you think he can pull it off, and do you think you could?
