Two come to my mind with your guidelines in mind. I would say either Island Park Reservoir at Buttermilk campground, may want to reserve a space, or Henry's Lake state park. I'm not a 100% certain about the trailer at the state park but 90%. Both bodies of water have fair fishing and some big ones. They are also both on the water and have boat ramps. At Island Park I've seen a lot of joy riders though so who knows what traffic may be like. All the others that come to mind are along riverways and some don't have very easy water access. Maybe someone else can recomend something as well.
