challis salmon river

I'm no pro, but I was working up in Salmon and then Challis today so i stopped and fished above Challis when I finished my route. The water wasn't exactly muddy, but it certainly wasn't clear either. It had more of a green hue to it and was up a bit from all the warm weather runoff. I didn't look at the river down in Salmon too closely but it looked like the same story, only a bit more murky. I caught one fish, but wasn't fishing too hard.

I suspect you can get into fish pretty easily just about anywhere right now, just as long as things don't completely blow out.
