for bass from shore go to the boat ramp above the dam. if there isn't too much boat traffic you can usually pick up a fish or two hiding under the dock. and can ussualy pick up a half dozen or so fishing on either side of the dock. then walk accross the dam and fish the west bank walk as far upstream as you wish. you will get a fish or two. below the dam was hot years ago before the work was done. however it may be getting better a fellow from this forum posted a pick of a nice fat one a week or so ago. as for lures. crawdad cranks, anything fineese drug on the bottom
