LFC in 2008 had a major fish kill. The fish were suffocated the first 1.5 to 2 miles down from the dam. Very 
. To make things worse----the winter flows are only 5 cfs from Dec. through April (this is just a trickle of water). Pretty much bone dry. Fish cannot serve with no water. Even with the great snowpack this year ---only 5 CFS. Most fisherman do not know this information. So, I doubt the fishery will ever recover.
