We are always looking for moderators on our less active state boards and knowledgeable anglers to help answer questions on other boards. The 15 post rule was put in place because we have a lot of people that come on this site for no other reason than to spam it. I do think that some of our moderators are willing to overlook that rule when a new member is not trying to advertise and is just trying to help but it is always a good idea to talk to the moderators just to make sure.
