Yeah I picked up a Penn Sargus(SG7000) this weekend from a marine flea market in my area for 50$(brand new) and I have it spooled with Trilene XL 20lb. test.
I'm pretty sure I mentioned it, but if not I will again anyways...I need something no larger than 7' due to transport and storage. That is why 2-pc. would've been preferable but if its 7' or shorter I'd prefer a 1-pc.
I like UglyStik cause theyre dependable and pretty darn inexpensive.
I've been looking into other rods like Penn rods and Shimano rods and even the St.Croix rods.
But when I've gone to the stores to see which I like more, I usually tend to like the UglyStik rods more.
