Look at Google maps and you can see just about everything you need to see. There are a few other spots that are canal diversions, but they do not go all the way across the river. You can run a boat from Rose up to Firth. With the water being about normal right now, you should do good on browns.

I have done quite well down there fishing at times. Try stripping black leeches above the diversion, and nymphs below the diversion. I have taken the toon down there from Rose bridge quite a few times and just use the motor to go back up to the boat dock. The west side is quite shallow from the bridge down to about 150 yrds from the diversion. It is about 1 foot depending on water levels, but where it drops off is a good place to catch a few.
