Okay, what's your favorite fish to eat?

DeeCee, perhaps it was my unique experience in Alaska. We were on a salmon fishing trip and the salmon were not in yet. There was a lake close by with northerns in it, and we had nothing else to do, so we went after the pike. They were kind of small..only about 24 inches long. We cooked them in tin foil on an old BBQ grill, with a little salt, pepper, and lemon pepper. Maybe it was because I was an hour plane ride from a restaurant but those fish tasted every bit as good as any walleye I have every tried. I would like to try it again.
