Arrowrock was good to put in 2 weeks ago but I don't know how far upstream you could go. You could "almost" get to the Grouse Creek drainage (which has been open water for weeks) at that time and the dam was completely frozen over. see jpg attached
The road condition added about 10 minutes on the my usual drive.
VERY ROUGH.
It's worth the bad road to keep the "jacka-- racks" at Lucky Peak in the spring and summer.
Arrowrock bank fisherman were catching a bunch of fish from the rocks by the dam all the way to the ramp.
