Hi Joco, I am based in Europe, Ireland in fact and have experience buying stuff in Europe. your link above is for a site based in Asia (China, Taiwan, korea Etc) and their prices are excellent, PROVIDED YOU BUY AT LEAST 100 UNITS off them and then sell them on your own time. They are retail wholesalers, their quality of make is pretty good, as they usually make tubes for all the big companies and they companies kindly pass on the additional prices to joe public!
I know there is a german company selling Belly Boats as they call them and they look ok, there is also a newish company called BISON who do the BISON Float Tube.

Personally I wasn't sure about that tube and settles on an ODC 420, but in saying that I have just ordered a pair of their BISON neoprene chest waders and got a great deal on them!
