What kind of fish is this?

Looks like the Utah Chubs you catch below the dam at Jackson Lake. If you fish with bait in the summer below Jackson Lake, the first little bit where you can, you can't keep them away. Never have caught one on a fly or lure but I am sure they will take those. Looks just like them, size and everything. I got into them on Palies last fall also on the main lake. A bit smaller there than the ones I caught upstream.
Doesn't look like any whitefish I have caught. The lips on this fish seem a bit meaty for whitefish lips and it looks a bit pug faced to me.
If it is a whitefish smoke them up.
