i would agree that they native americans done a lot for andronomus runs of steelhead and salmon without question. however sportsmen have done nothing ? i have never seen a native american buy a fishing licence or steelhead tag. does that mean nothing / and why should i not be allowed to rip trebels thru the hole as they do? i even have a liscence to fish. i may don native american style clothing and wig so i can fish like them. i am bieng riddiculous i know but it just seems ludicrous to me that my fellow fisherman will tolorate there actions but stand on a soap box and preach if a fish is snagged and kept and logged on a tag that was bought and paid for. and now to address the tattle tailing...a few years ago my grandfather who was 82 years old and dying of terminal cancer was fishing with me at cj strike from shore. a group of people came down and intruded on our hole. they were keeping illegal bass. my old grand father went over to them and was reading them the riot act when i returned to the scene i ran over to intervene and had to pull him off a guy 50 years younger and 75 pounds heavier. but this is no longer the case now we run to our cell phones in our locked trucks and call the cap or the f &g. weren't kids beat up for this in school ? sorry for the rant but i just can't understand

too most peoples delight i won't post any more rebuttles on this topic feel free to bash me at your leisure. and as i noted before i don't condone illeagal activity or want to make any hard feelings with anyone calling in violations. just my 2 cents.
