I hope they got a ticket, and I wouldn't be sorry if they lost their license, either. Effin snaggers don't deserve any sympathy. Whether the fish are going to die or not isn't the point. IMHO, if they'll break one fish and game law, they'll break other laws too. Probably wasn't the first law the kid had broken, and it's good they were called on it. Who's to say they wouldn't have kept over the limit, or went and fished closed areas? They certainly seemed ready to snag more fish by the description.
