I have no doubts that whomever the "biologist" is was from Wyoming. Like I said there are people like that everywhere though. I can see your irritation too with having to stop that early in the morning for just passing through, don't blame you. Hopefully they can get a handle on things. The one thing I can say is that even though I don't fish for the burbout it seems most people have somewhat enjoyed them. I don't know who introduced the Walleye into Sulphur Creek either but I'd sure like to catch some of those big ones I know are out there. Hopefully they don't get down to Powell, those Stripers are WAY too fun to catch.
