Doesn't make sense that you would have to take a 45 minute program (that's what the site states) to determine whether or not you actually need to take the 45 minute program. Like I stated above, I agree with cleaning and taking precautions no matter if it is required or not. But if they are standing by "if it floats, it's a boat" they should put that statement other places beside the program/test itself.
