I fished it last monday and it was pretty good except for all the slush. We fished at big elk and had our limit of kokanee within about an hour. Take a board to bridge the 3 to 4 foot gap to get from the shore to the ice or you'll have to wade through slushy water up to you'r knees. A pair of good insulated neoprene waders would work to and they would keep your feet dry once you get on the ice. Good luck.
