Get an old newpaper and cut it to about 3 inches longer than the fish. Roll the fish...... Ooooops. That's not it.

1/3 cup of white sugar
1 lb. (1 box) of brown sugar
12 ounces of Grandma's molasses
Soak For 12 hrs. Do not rinse
