favorite fish

I'm assuming this poll is supposed to refer to fish one can catch in Idaho, otherwise someone would have listed Tarpon already.
In order of my preference:

Catch and release: Big Rainbows, Henry's Lake Hybrids, Henry's Lake Brookies, and if I could find some browns that fight better than the ones on the Owyhee, I'd probably list them.

Eating: Perch, Henry's Lake Hybrids, Channel Cats, Smallies, Salmon.

That said, I haven't had the opportunity to catch a proper Steelhead, (the Boise River in town doesn't count) nor Chinook. I'm sure they would make the list. So many angling adventures yet to be had.
