You could also check out a SportsPal or a Radisson canoe they are unsinkable made with 2056 Marine Aluminum 2 layers and in between the 1st 2 layers of aluminum is foam the the top is another layer of foam. then you have 2 sponson on 1 on each side of the canoe for stabilizability and floatation 14' extra wide transom weight is 56 pounds, they have others double pointed end canoe and square transom. You can't believe the prices and how the handle. SportsPal are in Canada and Radisson is USA. Check them out
