Inlatable Boat

I'm an avid fisherman and have been confined to the shoreline, due to lack of a boat. I'm thinking about buying a Saturn Inflatable Kaboat from an online company called BoatsToGo. This boat seems really practical in it's design, but I was wondering about th stability factor? Any info on these boat/kayak hybrids?
