I see a lot of guys do it at minadoka dam and watched them haul in fish after fish. they start about midnight and have a 24 to 26 foot pontoon boat they hang a bunch of green lights under it and from what i could see with binoculars they use minnows or rappalas. I would guess that tactic would work up there too the green lights attract the minnows and start a feeding frenzy
