i say HANG THEM!!!! the NDOW didn't give me a break when we really didn't understand the 5 a day 10 posession rule at Sunny Side.
I loved paying that 230 fine. It amazed me the next years rule book totally made it clear.
I am joking, but i am amazed there was actually a Game Warden that gave a break to someone who possibly really didn't know they needed a license.
