I wouldn't mess with it.
Some of the best fishing I ever had was on a beaver dam. It was back in Idaho Hollow up above Spencer.
Some seismographers came through and dynamited the dam, it ruined the fishing not only on the dam, the whole creek system from the dam down to where it dumps into beaver creek is ruined.
Let that thing be, it will be one heck of a honey hole for ya.
I grew up fishing the portneuf, I used to fish the area north of stinkalot and fmc. We used to wade from the frontage road all the way to the siphon road bridge. That used to be some prime fishing.
