back to the beaver dam problem on the river... I am pretty sure I have located it's area.. And as for the dam halping out the habitat it in fact ruins more than it help as the banks are colapsing all over the river from the highwater mark raising by 2 whole feet.... And below from the dam it hurts the life below as it filters the water and stops all the good nutritian from flowing through... As afected it will starv out the fish below... And I know unless the beavers are rid of they will continue to rebuild however where they have built the dam is a very wide and deep spot on the river I'm guessing they have been building on it for some time..it will need to be taken out completely don't need to kill the beavers as they won't rebuild overnight in my experience with removal with beaver dams in fact the ones I've help remove have never been rebuilt and the beavers are still there.. This dam on this particular river has became a problem... It has ruind alot of land and fishing spots are now gone because of it.. So it will be removed sorry if that offends some of you but it has got to go..
