The best way I can tell you to get information about the Salmon River is to do a Google search of it. Just about every outfitter, Guide, and Motel/ Hotel/ Camp Ground up there has a website that will provide info about the Rive and the Fishing one of my personal Favorite sites is [url "http://www.fishthesalmonriver.com/"]www.fishthesalmonriver.com[/url] They have links on their site to the water line that will provide info about how fast the water is running. They also have links to the local weather.
