First off, I have never heard of CARP eating , scaring, hunting, whatever other fish.
What they do is destroy and eat vegetation/food source which in return, the other fish starve to death. Plus Carp root, which causes that muddy water. They also release phosphorus that increases algae.
INSTEAD of having dumpsters placed in which in the warmer months can and will be just plain old nasty, everyone take a large black (and I mean the heavy duty style) garbage bag with them and fill it with the unwanted carp.
Then take it home and dispose of it either via garden or personal dumpster.
I have been doing this for years from my fishing haunt. Plus the challenge is awesome...CARP on the fly!
