Let me clear some of that up. The guys were on the cliffs west of the Cottonwoods at Strike. I knew that something was going on because they were looking down and running around acting like they were seeing something on the ground that they were scared of. When the one guy grabbed the snake by the tail I knew he was going to throw him at us. My son Jacob took a few pictures of the snake when it was climbing back up the bank. We were 100% sure it was a rattler. I am not 100% sure that they knew we were there in the heat of the moment. They were so focused on the snake that everything else was probably unknown to them. Their stupidity could have gotten us into a heap of trouble but I am sure glad it didn’t. That is why I think it was the stupidest thing I have ever seen while fishing. Ron
