portneuf river.....

for the 12 years I have been fishing the portneuf this time of the year always produces the best... But of course I have lived within spiting distance of it for a little over 22 years now... And I've scene alot of changes on the river in my life some good some bad... But in all my experience december and january produce the biggest and nicest fish the river has to offer..every year I catch a trophy sized brown from there.. But I confidently will say I know that river better than most from where it starts to inkom any way... As after inkom the river is kina a mess I don't like to fish it through that area.. Inkom to fort hall then after fort hall it turns nice again....
