Thanks for the information on the river conditions. I understand about the cold, it was -3 at my house this morning, and I seriously doubt if it was much warmer anywhere else.

If they aren't opening any of the accesses on the upper river, is there room to park off the road?

What harm will the beaver dam do? Do the land owners want it gone? I have caught some big fish out of dam ponds. Just curious.
