I wish I would have never read the article in the Post Register . It said 24" of snow on the ice , so I took a lot of my regular gear out of my sled to save weight . Stuff I could have used . There were people riding 4 wheelers all over the lake . If I would of had mine I could have made it to Staley's . And the weather man was way wrong . Part of the day I didn't even wear my Coat . It was a great day even if we didn't catch fish . P.S. I picked up empty propane bottles , empty cans and bait contaners . Come on guys , lets not give the people that are against ice fishing Henry's any good reasons to shut it down . Curt G.
