Launching tube or pontoon around Weapons Station

Edinger? Is that off PCH? Yeah I know people who have been ticketed for being on the dirt. I lucked out everytime I have gone. I was tossing plastics and strips of squid.

So if you were driving south on PCH towards Edinger how much farther is it? I would prefer to do that rather than rolling the dice everytime
