Wow, Not a lot of support for giving the reward money to help with fines [
]. However, the offer is still on the table, I don't believe the money is mine I only did what anyone should do. I believe the role of punishment is to teach a lesson and change behavior, if this can be done without fines, jail time, what ever the it may be I am all for it. As long as behavior is truly changed. Now I understand that only one of us on this board knows if behavior is willing to change and that is he who needs to change behavior, but I would rather error on the side of forgiveness. And, that was hard because of the anger I had as saw this blatant disrespect for the law, but I am willing to take a chance on a guy and I am sure the $50 reward money will not change whether or not he poaches again in the future, that will come from his own character. So like it or not the offer is still on the table.
