Those are also some very good questions, in fact those are some of our research questions. Plenty of that research has been done for juveniles and smolts, but not for the kelts, we're trying to figure out if the process that a kelt goes through is similar to smoltification. I haven't seen much research on Sea run cutts so I can't say, but there is plenty of stuff out there on atlantic salmon kelts. there may be some applicable comparisons there.
