Dont you think that if a fish has made it to the point in the river system where they are dumping their eggs its about time they should be left alone? As far as fish beating the piss outta themselves in the hatchery thats fine with me because they have made it home. Honestly they dont need an extra beating from fishermen in these spring fisheries after being repeatedly snagged and flossed in rivers like the southfork.
