Consider yourself very lucky if you have a local tackle shop to go to. There's nothing better than people who actually fish the areas you fish to stock their shelves with products that apply to your waters. All the big box stores carry what they're told regardless to what the local scene wants or needs. Southern Utah has absolutely nothing as far as a tackle store is concerned. Sure we have a Sportsman's and even a couple of Hurst's but all they carry is the same old junk. If you have a local store, support it as much as you can because you won't realize or appreciate what you have until its gone.
