I give kudos to Fish Tech, Western Rivers and any of the outfitters who fought diligently to squash HB141.
But.... What about the Local Outfitters who quietly supported HB141 ? Wouldn't want to ruin there exclusive access for there guides now would we. LOL
I use to solely buy locally just for the reason I wanted to generate local tax dollars but with HB141 and all the other BS my money going else were. Ill still buy a Utah fishing license only cause of the legal reason but until HB141 is overturned my tax dollars wont go to a state support restrictive river access
