I personally love a good local shop, they always seem to be the most in touch with having their selection really geared towards the local waters and I can usually find very specific items there that I cannot find at a larger outlet. I also really like to spend my money with someone that is tied to the community.
Traditionally I've always been a sportsmans guy, but their lack of stock is really starting to wear me thin.
Cabela's has never claimed to be the lowest price. Their Cabela's brand stuff is always top quality and their customer service is unmatched. I buy from Cabela's when I purchase something that I'm worried I might have to return or echange. Although my last round of online orders has been a fiasco (credit still hasn't shown on my CC). I'm surprised the Lehi store hasn't come around a little more to stocking item that are more Utah specific, but online they've got everything you want, except being tax free.
