recap I meant just befor american falls not burley way wrong river for a sec and yes the rive are runs through the res but as long as you are at or below high water mark you are fine I've argued it many of times with fish n game and they had to break out there book on Mr. To prove me right the land around it belongs to them but bot the river cours go through and look at the river in fort hall it is just gross they don't care for anything the slobs
