I havnt fished it however I was there a few times this year to just walk around and metal detect I walked the inlet while it was being used for irigation and scen manny little bass maby some gills they all looked fairly small but that is just what I scen there could be some larger ones out there all I know is it is another nice getaway due to the fact it is totaly unusable to boaters and bank fishing seems pointles there unless you work the damn but it's such a nice litle res kind of remindes me of a small twin lakes res it is pretty quite there also quick note it seemed to have gotten a bit on the mossy side but that is fine if your fly fishing and the moss seemed to be pretty thick but mostly along the edges ..the last time I fished there was way back in the 90's and it was ice if I remember right we just caught a couple smallish size bows that's after going and exploring it this summer I think next summer I want to go out there in my float tube and go around the island when it's high there is a islan the water goes all the way around and looks like if there are any good sized bass they might be there due to the amount of structure in there
