They are saying there are too many fish? Why was most struggling to catch them this year....are they all hiding in one corner where the fishers aren't?

I think the masses they plant are pretty much thinned out from the shore on opener, which to me is a put and take.

I e-mailed Damon to enlighten me on their thinking on this, but have not heard back yet.
