Henry's Lake F&G Proposal

I am worried since Damon and Dan Garren are backing the proposal there is probably a very good chance it will be accepted by the Wildlife Commission I suspect. Do you know if Lynn and Bill are also seeing less 10+ pound fish since they changed the closing date to November 31st? They spend a lot of time there so they would have best info. Not sure on the cycle thing, it has been quite awhile since there was any winterkill there so I don't know if I buy that one.
